All Feral products are made to order. This helps reduce waste and allows us to produce only what is needed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

During busy periods, production times may occasionally be longer. If significant delays occur, we will do our best to keep customers informed.

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process and in your shipping confirmation email.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and many international destinations worldwide.

Available shipping destinations and delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders are typically fulfilled from the production facility closest to the delivery destination.

However, international customers may occasionally be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are outside of Feral Clothing’s control and are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
