RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Feral Clothing.

As all Feral products are made to order, we ask customers to review sizing and product information carefully before placing an order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us investigate the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

As products are produced specifically for each customer, we do not generally accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

INCORRECT SIZE SELECTION

Please refer to our Size Guide before placing an order.

As all items are made to order, we are generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders move into production quickly. If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow sufficient time for your payment provider to process the refund.
