Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and many international destinations worldwide. Available shipping locations will be displayed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Will I need to pay customs charges?

Most orders are fulfilled from the production facility closest to the delivery destination. However, international customers may occasionally be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their local authorities.

How long does it take to process an order?

All Feral products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before being dispatched.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As orders move into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information by email where available.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing or periods of high demand. Tracking information will provide the latest updates on your shipment.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping carrier.

Can I return an item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Any issues with your order should be reported within 14 days of receiving the item. Please include photographs where applicable.

Can I return an item because I ordered the wrong size?

As all Feral products are made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not normally accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

Please contact us with photographs of the issue and your order number. We’ll investigate the problem and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a suitable resolution.
